You should not have to take our word for it.

It should not matter who is on shift. The same process runs behind every request, so you get the same result every time. This page is what that rests on, and every line of it can be checked before you sign anything.

Acknowledged within one hour.

Working time. Send a request through the portal and it is acknowledged inside that window. If we miss it, three percent of that month’s retainer is credited back to you. It is written into the agreement, not promised in a meeting, and you can check it against your own invoice.

The evidence

Everything on this page can be checked.

There are no borrowed customer logos here and no numbers taken from anywhere but our own records. Each item below is a company record you can look up, a document you can read today, or a clause in the agreement you would sign.

Legal entity
Mukhtar Concierge & Management Services (Private) Limited

A registered private limited company in Pakistan, contracting in its own name. Run as a business, not a marketplace and not a middle-man app.

Ownership
A named account manager per client

Not a shared inbox and not a ticket queue. A team stands behind them, and if they are away the next person has your full history in front of them.

Supply
More than 30 vendors under written contract

Rates fixed in advance and a named backup in every category. Negotiated once and passed straight to you, and the contracts are on the table at a first meeting.

Commitment
One hour, or three percent back

This sits in the signed service agreement as a clause, not in a meeting note. It is the one commitment on this page you can enforce.

Data
Access is scoped by role, per company

The full position, including what is shared and how long it is kept, is set out further down this page.

Money
Reconciled to delivery, not to quotation

Every executed request becomes a line, and the lines become one monthly invoice. Any line can be traced back to the request that created it.

Record
One place for every request and document

Requests, confirmations, documents and invoices sit in your portal. Nothing important lives in a WhatsApp thread somebody has to search.

Documents
The privacy policy and the terms are public

Both are on this site. Neither sits behind a sales call.

The obvious risk

The day a vendor cannot deliver.

If everything goes through one company, what happens when that company's supplier lets you down? It is the first question a careful buyer asks, so here is how it works.

  • A named backup, agreed in advance. Every category has a second contracted vendor, named before the first request rather than found after a failure.
  • Ranked before anyone is called. Vendors are ranked on agreed rate, delivery record and current load.
  • Every completed job updates the record. The same record decides who gets the next one.
  • The problem stays with us. The vendor performs. Mukhtar remains accountable for whether it went right.

The limits on this are written into the terms

When something slips

Three things happen before you have to chase.

1

The clock is watched

Deadlines are watched by the system, not by somebody's memory, so an escalation happens before a client notices.

2

Your account manager owns it

The named person on your account carries it, with the owner, the deadline and the history of that request in front of them.

3

The team behind them steps in

If they are away, the next person continues on the same record. When something changes at 11pm, someone picks up.

Discretion and data

Who sees what, and for how long.

Executive and institutional work is handled quietly. That is a habit here, but it is also a setting in the system, which is the part you can check.

  • Scoped by role. An employee sees their own records. An administrator sees their organisation. Nobody sees another client's.
  • Shared only to do the job. Details go to the airlines, transport providers and partners fulfilling that one booking, and where the law requires it. Nothing is sold or rented.
  • Kept only while needed. Information is held while it is needed to run the service and to meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Your rights are written down. Access, correction, deletion where the law allows it, or a portable copy, on request. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Why it is built this way

Process, not luck.

You get one contact and one standard, whether it is a routine booking or a last-minute problem. If a first-choice vendor cannot deliver, a backup is already in place. If your account manager is away, the next person has your full history in front of them.

Most outsourced admin help falls apart at the edges. The late change. The person who is off that day. The vendor who does not answer. Mukhtar was designed so those edges are covered by a process rather than by whoever happens to be free.

Nothing here depends on one person being at their desk.

What is written down, and where

Four documents hold every commitment on this page. Two of them are public right now.

  1. The service agreement. Scope, the monthly retainer, and the one hour commitment with the three percent credit. This is the one you sign.
  2. The vendor contracts. Agreed rates and the named backup, category by category. On the table at a first meeting.
  3. The privacy policy. What is collected, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and your rights over it.
  4. The terms. What we do, what the third party providers are responsible for, and the law that governs it.

If it is not in one of those four documents, treat it as a conversation and not a promise.

Reply within one hour No obligation Talk to a person, not a bot

For a mid-size company, we cost about the same as one admin’s salary. That is the whole bill, for all of it.
